Peach season has begun! We will be open Thursday (8/2) 9 to 6, Friday (8/3) 9 to 6, Saturday (8/4) 9 to 5, to pick Red Haven and Flaming Fury peaches. We will be closed Sunday and will determine next week’s schedule on Sunday (to ensure we have ripe fruit available). The U-pick price is 90 cents per pound. We have a very large crop of peaches apples and pears this year.
The Vivid and Star Fire peaches will ripen in approximately 7 days. Following that will be the Gravenstein apples, about 10 days from now. We anticipate that we will start picking the Veteran peaches around Aug. 17th and the Bartlett pears around the 24th of August. We anticipate having peaches, apples and pears until the end of August this year.
- We accept cash or check only. No credit cards.
- Please bring your own containers to pick into.
As always, these dates are estimates. Please check the recorded message at 503-647-5234 the evening before or the morning of the day you plan on coming to the farm to check fruit availability and open hours.
We also have peach, apple, oak and cherry wood for use in a smoker or BBQ.
