About Bent Brick
The Bent Brick serves sophisticated, rustic favorites situated in an iconic NW building that provides a true urban oasis for the restaurant’s playful, family oriented menu. Food & Wine’s Best New Chef 2004, Chef Scott Dolich, crafted the cuisine to celebrate locally raised meats and seafood served as unconventional sausages or hot off the grill. The meats are paired with elevated sides like Jojo’s cooked in duck fat or baked beans flavored with hazelnuts. The bar centers on domestic spirits and ingredients, where necessity becomes the mother of invention, creating unexpected and exciting cocktails. The bar also features unique local beer and wine, many rare and direct from the winemaker, only on tap. For more information please visit http://thebentbrick.com/ or follow us on Twitter or Facebook.
