Ashley Gartland, author of Dishing Up® Oregon: 145 Recipes That Celebrate Farm-to-Table Flavors and winemaker Stewart Boedecker of Boedecker Cellars will be our guests for this months Sunday Supper Series at Meriwether’s.

 

Dishing Up® Oregon profiles Oregon restaurants, farms, inns and vineyards, including Meriwether’s Restaurant & Skyline Farm. The cookbook celebrates Oregon’s rich and varied food culture and traditions with a collection of 145 recipes from Oregon chefs, farmers and artisans.

Chef Earl Hook will craft the hearth-cooked menu from recipes you can find in Ashley Gartland’s cookbook. His four-course menu will be served family-style at communal tables.
