Tails & Trotters offers three sizes of Applewood Smoked Holiday Hams – from Mini Hams,perfect as a compliment to your feast, to large ½ Bone In Hams ideal as the centerpiece. Unlike most hams on the market, these do not come fully cooked butlightly brined and smoked over applewood chips to perfectly compliment, not mask, the flavor of the meat. All you have to do is take it home, baste it in water or apple juice, cover it in foil, and bake it at 350°F until the tickets park reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.

Medium Ham (7-11lbs) – $7 per pound
