Greetings Portland Food Intelligentsia! Thank you all for another amazing year playing restaurant in Portland! We are headed into the Winter season and wanted to let you all know that we will discontinue Saturday Brunch. We will still offer Sunday Brunch as we wouldn’t want to let our patrons down. We generally love brunch and look forward to brining a more refined and delicious wood fired brunch alternative each and every Sunday from 10 am until 3 pm. We may bring back the Saturday offering as the weather warms and the patio opens up but this is our season to incubate, regroup and expand our offerings from the kitchen. I have two new sous chefs, Alex Bourgidu and Lucien Prellwitz and our new Gm Jullia Kim continues to be a rock for our organization. We have a handful of exciting things developing and we look forward to sharing our news as we continue to thrive and grow our business. Thanks again for all your support amidst a sea of eating options.
