Lincoln Restaurant Preview Dinner with Cocktails From House Spirits

Lincoln Restaurant team is hosting a preview dinner with cocktail pairings
provided by House Spirits.

Portland, OR (5/7/08) - Jenn Louis, owner and chef of Culinary Artistry and soon-to-open Lincoln Restaurant, is pleased to team up once again with the boys from House Spirits, makers of Medoyeff Vodka and Aviation Gin, for a repeat performance of their now infamous kitchen collaboration. Lincoln Restaurant is rolling out items featured on their opening menu, and House Spirits will shake up cocktails to match. The dinner is Saturday, May 24th at 7 pm and will feature 4-courses of food from Lincoln’s opening menu with House Spirits cocktails to match. The dinner is $85, all-inclusive.
Lincoln is a 70-seat restaurant located at 3808 N. Williams Avenue in the north corner of the food focused HUB building. Lincoln Restaurant is slated to open this summer.

The preview dinner will be held in Culinary Artistry’s intimate dinning room, 1406 SE Stark Street, Portland OR 97214. It’s the final event in that space prior to Culinary Artistry’s move to The Hub Building this summer. For reservations, please email: info@lincolnpdx.com.
