Chef Nate will be narrating 4-5 minute video clips of how each of these courses is prepared and answering all of your questions.
Kent (Uptown’s Owner/Wine Geek) will be pairing wines to the menu on the fly and teaching you how and why we choose what we do. It’s fun, tasty, trial-and-error work!
If you would like to be part of the menu launch, please make a reservation for 6:30 Tuesday, May 1 and you can learn the tricks of the trade.

Our next wine club event will feature the wines of Piedmonte and Alto Adige as Buddy Dunn, a great educator on the subject, teaches the wines of two of Italy’s most important wine regions.
Space is limited to 48 guests on a first-come and first-served basis. Guests will be expected to commit to at least $25 in wine at Wholesale+10% through our normal neighboring retail partner.
