Louisiana is near and dear to Chef Nick Wood who established his cooking roots in New Orleans’ kitchens before moving to Portland, so he’ll be making his famous Gumbo – full of love just like yo mama made it! And because it’s not a Bunk party without sandwiches, they’ll have 3 Po’ Boy specials on the menu: Fried Red Fish, BBQ Shrimp, and Sloppy Roast Beef.
