These Small-Batch Barrel Aged Beers, Paired with Each of Five Courses, Won’t Be Offered At Other Restaurants
Portland, OR – December 29, 2010 – On January 14, 2010, Aquariva Restaurant in Portland will host a Brewmaster’s Dinner with Upright Brewing at 6pm. Executive Chef Andy Arndt will serve five specially crafted courses, each complimented with a small-batch barrel aged beer not offered at any other restaurant.
The opportunity to taste these rare brews brought to their full flavor potential by five fine-dining courses will only cost $45 per person, and we’ll also be joined by Upright Brewing owner and head brewer Alex Ganum.
