Chanterelle Mushrooms truffled Madeira cream, our andouille and caramelized pearl onions
Pumpkin Hushpuppies horseradish and orange marmalade
Foie Gras au Tourchon house “put up” cherry mostarda, pecan waffle and pecan brittle

Grilled 35-Day Dry-aged Filet of New York Striploin Oregon black truffle butter tasso bordelaise and house cured bacon potato purée
Shrimp Rockefeller garlic-crusted gulf shrimp with a creamy Herbsaint Spinach Madeleine, french fried onions and fresh watercress
Goat Cheese Gnocchi brown butter, fried sage, local Chanterelles, apples and pecans
