Portland, OR (August 18, 2010) – With summer season still in full swing, Pradeep Chandrana will demonstrate how to make a simple Tandoori Vegetable dish at the Beaverton Farmer’s Market on Saturday, August 28th at 11 a.m. As culinary director at East India Co. Grill & Bar, Chandrana develops recipes and oversees staff training – both in the dining room and the kitchen. He brings a vast knowledge of Northern Indian cuisine from the Punjab region to his role, along with more than three decades managing restaurants in India, Japan and the United States.
