On the Menu at In Good Taste August 9th

Greetings!

This week will bring more fresh produce, warm weather, and celebrity chefs. What more can we ask for?

Chef Dave Martin, of Bravo TV’s Top Chef, will be back again to teach two different classes that will each focus on easy summer entertaining. Susan Hermann Loomis will be here on Saturday for a very special candlelight dinner. Susan is the owner and chef instructor at Rue Tatin, as well as a favorite guest chef at In Good Taste. We’re also excited about a traditional Greek Dinner that will be held on Sunday, August 15th.

There are still a few seats available for the Kids Farm to Fork Cooking Camp, held the last week of August. For more information, see our class calendar.

Before the glorious days of Summer are behind us join Chef Dave Martin  in our kitchens for more fun-filled and technique-filled classes. On Tuesday, let Dave share his techniques with you on how to create his Asian Chicken Salad that beats any restaurant in town.
In this class, he’ll also give you two cookie recipes that may one day save your life- or at least make you the talk of the party! On Wednesday, don’t miss Dave’s famous truffled mac ‘n cheese.
