Lagers!

Greetings!

Summer is in full swing now and we figured it was time for another beer tasting. Last week we sampled four really great, refreshing white wines for hot days and this week, it’s beer’s turn.
Lagers are bottom fermented beers and can be made anywhere in the world. They may have a reputation in this country of being bland, watery things due to the predominance of big brand, mass produced “brews”, but the craft Lagers are nothing like their big name cousins. This Friday we’ll be pouring 4 lagers from Germany, Britain, New York and Oregon. Don’t let any Friday the 13th superstition keep you away from tasting great beer!
