Roots Restaurant is hosting 2 fabulous events this week full of food, drinks and fun!
Cooking Class, Thursday, July 22nd – 6:00pm
Enjoy our outdoor patio and learn to make five different dishes with chef/owner Brad Root.
Menu:
Figs served with pecorino croutons
Local asparagus with scallops and hard cooked egg
King salmon and heirloom tomato salad
Tri-tip sirloin with Walla Walla onion relish
Mixed berry tart
$80 per person, includes wine pairings
Cocktail Class, Sunday, July 25 – 2:00pm
Learn to hand-craft five cocktails with our master mixologist, Randy Jackson.
$35 per person, includes appetizers
