The Bite of Oregon is coming up August 6 – 8 at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, and H5O bistro & bar will be there sharing its contemporary creations with hungry Portlanders.
Fusing classic and cutting-edge cuisine, H5O bistro & bar Executive Chef Nick Yanes will be serving samples of:
- H5O “Easy Mac” sous vide style with Tillamook cheddar and crispy chorizo
- Pacific Halibut Ceviche with chunky chimmichurri
- Nitro Whipped Sorbet in a black peppercorn cone with balsamic drizzle
