2010 “Wetlands & Wellies” Dinner

What:
Wetlands & Wellies is The Wetland Conservancy’s inaugural fundraising farm dinner at the Oregon Coast. This outdoor dinner event will take place at an organic farm adjacent to The Wetlands Conservancy’s (TWC) recently acquired Bayview Oxbow Preserve in Waldport, and highlights the benefits of conserving and restoring Oregon’s wetlands.  James Beard Award finalist, Chef Cathy Whims of Nostrana, and other Oregon chefs will craft a family-style dinner that showcases products from local farmers, fishermen, distillers, brewers, winemakers, chefs and more.

Wetlands & Wellies showcases individuals and businesses that have shown a deep commitment to TWC’s mission and is made possible by the generous support of Kettle Chips, Pacific Natural Foods, Springfield Creamery, Rogue Ales, Oregon Oyster, NostranaChehalem and Watershed Communications.

Cost:
Attendance will be limited to 125 guests, with tickets priced at $125 per person.
