Just in time for salmon season, join the PCA for an educational and delicious salmon program that is sure to engage. Chef Lisa Schroeder of Mother’s Bistro and Mama Mia Tratorria will open her doors, prepare the table, and share her passion and expertise on issues and challenges facing today’s salmon industry. Joined by Diane Morgan, PCA Board Member and author of the cookbook Salmon, the evening includes a blind tasting of wild vs. farmed salmon, as well as a three-course salmon dinner. Wine will be available for an additional charge.
Morgan’s cookbook Salmon and Schroeder’s newly released cookbook Mother’s Best will be available for purchase, as well as raffle tickets for a deluxe salmon-inspired gift basket.
