Just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that tickets are now on sale online for the Deschutes Brewery Sagebrush Classic. If you didn’t already know, this event brings together chefs from ALL OVER THE WORLD…in one place…at one time…all that great food at once. Ah. http://www.sagebrush.org/chefs/
We’ve secured some great names for 2010, ones that you’ll certainly recognize from as far away as Vietnam and Thailand, as close as Portland and everywhere in between. The menu…well…..it’s amazing. Ask me for a copy if you’d like to check it out. Not only that, each special dish that showcases the chef’s talents will be perfectly paired with wine and with beer.
This event is coming July 16-17, 2010 to Broken Top Club in Bend, Oregon.

Tickets are now on sale for Deschutes Brewery’s 22nd Sagebrush Classic feast, held July 17, 2010, which raises funds for the Deschutes Children’s Foundation and other children’s charities in the region. Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 800-601-8123.
