Serratto Serves Up Spring

March 24, 2010, Portland, Ore. – Serratto’s chef Tony Meyers is ready for spring. The restaurant is now serving its new spring menu and also announcing specials for Easter weekend.
Easter specials – available Saturday, April 3rd and Sunday, April 4th
- Confit Leg of Rabbit – Pancetta wrapped saddle stuffed with forest mushrooms, apricots and kale on sweet potato puree with fennel and sweet peas ($28)
- Roasted Rack of Lamb – Savory bread pudding of thyme and leeks, grilled asparagus and huckleberry sauce ($35)
- French Omelet – Chèvre and tarragon with sautéed forest mushrooms and simple salad ($12)
- Bistro Salad – Frisee, paoched egg, with bacon vinaigrette ($9)
In addition to the specials, the regular lunch and dinner menus will be available during Easter weekend. Serratto will be open normal business hours, Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Additions to the regular menu include:
- Spaghetti Primavera – Fava beans, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, garlic, white wine, basil ($12/$17 dinner, $13 lunch)
- Grilled Anderson Ranch Lamb Sirloin – White polenta, morel mushrooms, grilled asparagus and Madera caramelized onions ($26 dinner)
- Roasted Alaskan Halibut – Corona beans, roasted peppers, heirloom carrots, pearl onion-harissa relish ($25 dinner)
- Pizza Bianco – Lonza, shallots, Serrano peppers, arugula, mozzarella ($12 dinner / $10 lunch)
- Anderson Ranch Lamb Albóndigas Sub - Tzatziki, arugula, roasted red peppers, pommes frites ($10 lunch)
