New Chef at Belly Timber

We are pleased to announce that Paul Hyman has assumed the Chef role at Belly Timber. Paul brings many years of culinary experience that is evident on the plate. Paul began work at Belly Timber on February 9th, 2010. Check out our new dinner menu online www.bellytimberrestaurant.com .
Paul’s culinary career began with an apprenticeship with French master guild Chef Chris Keringeorgio of La Provence in New Orleans, La. Since then, Paul has worked along side many talented chefs including James Beard Award winners Jamie Shannon, Susan Spicer and Todd English. More recently, Paul worked with Chef David Machado to open Nel Centro. We look forward to working with Paul and are certain he is an excellent fit for Belly Timber.
