Louis was one of three female chefs in Portland to be nominated
Portland, OR (2/18/10) – Jenn Louis–owner and chef of Lincoln Restaurant in Portland–was named a semifinalist by the James Beard Foundation for Best Chef Northwest. Louis was among four female chefs to be nominated, three of which are from Portland. This could be the “year of the female chef” for the Northwest at the James Beard Awards.
