Pearl Bakery celebrates 13 years baking!

Pearl Bakery is celebrating 13 years of craft baking February 17! Join us for a week’s worth of celebration at the bakery, with special offers and events February 15-20.
Our anniversary theme is BAKER’S DOZEN, so beginning Monday 2/15 we’ll offer a true baker’s dozen – when you buy 12 of one product, get a 13th free.
We’ll be serving a free “baker’s whim” pastry each day Monday through Wednesday. Starting Tuesday 2/16 we’ll have gourmet giveaways with bakery purchases over $13. Each day’s giveaway will be different: GloryBee honey bears, our favorite Rose Valley Butter, local Glenmore Farms preserves, and jars of fancy dijon mustard. We’ll have a limited number of freebies each day so come early!
Our true anniversary, February 17, we’ll be serving free coffee from craft roaster Batdorf & Bronson, and we’ll be open 13 hours, from 6am – 7pm. All week, buy a 12 oz. bag of Batdorf & Bronson’s special “Baker’s Dozen Blend” and get a Pearl Bakery stainless steel travel mug (while supplies last).
We’ll have behind-the-scenes bakery tours at 10am Wednesday 2/17 through Friday 2/19, as well as hands-on baking demos each of those days. Check our website for details about demos.
To wrap up the celebration, on Saturday we’ll raffle off twelve ‘Tour de Pain’ gift certificates and one deluxe gift basket. You can enter your name in the drawing at the bakery throughout the week.
Pearl Bakery will donate 13% of our retail sales Saturday 2/20 to Focus On Youth – a program to keep at-risk inner-city teens on the path to graduation using photography and mentoring to empower and inspire them to achieve academic success.
