‘Latte Art’ Champion Teaches Hands-On Class at Pazzo
What:
Take a love for coffee to the next level this Valentine’s weekend with Pazzo’s “Art of Espresso” class Saturday, February 13th at 3pm. Pazzo barista Kevin Emmons will conduct a fun and educational hands-on class that will give attendees the tools to get the most out of coffee and espresso made at home. Emmons will lead a tasting of coffees from different regions (beans sourced by Caffé Vita), discuss different brewing methods and unveil artistic tricks like “etching” and “free pouring” that have won him several medals – including a gold – for his latte art at competitions around the country.
