The Allegrini Farm is located in Fumane di Valpolicella.
For generations, the Allegrini family has lived in this small but important locality of the Valpolicella Classica, handing down the activity of wine growing and the vinification of grapes from generation to generation.
Since the XVI century, the components of the family have been among the protagonists of Valpolicella history.

For this very special dinner, Bastas Chef/Owner, Marco Frattaroli, will be preparing a feast to represent northern Italy’s noble Veneto region. The meal will be paired with a wide array of fine wines by Allegrini, including the winery’s well-regarded Amarone della Valpolicella, and finishing with their rare and exceptional Recioto della Valpolicella.
