Get a fun and tasty lesson in chocolate and coffee flavors, sourcing, and local production in a round-robin evening of Northwest artisan tastings. Attendees will rotate through four sampling stations where chocolatiers and coffee roasters will share tastes of our region’s best made treats, while discussing the people and practices behind their products. Come for the stimulating flavors and take home a new understanding of the skills and dedication these Northwest business apply to importing and producing fine coffees and chocolates. With Valentine’s Day around the corner, it’s the perfect time to fall in love with your local chocolatiers and roasters.
