Last minute meat rescue From Chop Butchery & Charcuterie
December 22, 2009
Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas everyone.
Chop Butchery & Charcuterie, inside City Market, would like to extend a helping hand to those in need of holiday cheer through meat. If you haven’t ordered something special for the family yet, now is the time or if you can’t decide on something we can figure it out for you. Some ideas come to mind like:
-100% grass-fed dry aged prime rib (not much left though)
-A hazelnut fed pork roast from our friends at Sweetbriar Farms. We got a whole hog today.
-Fresh Muscovy duck
-Herb stuffed leg ‘O lamb
-House brined and smoked ham, best in the city
-House pancetta-wrapped beef tenderloin roasts
If that’s not enough we have foie gras toechon, fresh foie gras, house salami, french kisses, more pates than we can list and even sliced turkey in case you want to make Ol’ Saint Nick a little sandwich. We also have housemade bacon and farm fresh eggs for Christmas morning. So give us a ring on the phone or come on down and see us and enjoy the holidays
