PORTLAND, Oregon – (November 5, 2009) – The Heathman Restaurant and Bar’s two traditional Thanksgiving celebrations bring families together to celebrate the holiday and the bounty of Northwest ingredients prepared by culinary director Philippe Boulot and chef de cuisine Karl Zenk. The Heathman offers a prix fixe menu in the dining room from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and a grand holiday buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the second floor mezzanine and private dining rooms. The grand buffet is $46.50 per adult and $18 per child under 12 and the prix fixe dinner is $39.50 for adults and $18 per child under 12. For reservations, please call 503-790-7752.

This traditional Thanksgiving buffet will be served on the second floor mezzanine and private dining rooms. Some highlights include:
