CAFE NELL CELEBRATES ONE-YEAR
Clambake Party and Month-Long Drink Special To Benefit Basic Rights Oregon
What:
Cafe Nell will celebrate its one-year anniversary by giving back to the community. The Northwest Portland restaurant is bringing coastal fun to the neighborhood by transforming its parking lot into a sandy beach setting for a clambake fundraising party to benefit Basic Rights Oregon (BRO) on Sunday, September 13th. Open to the public, guests will enjoy food, cocktails, wine, beer, a raffle, and live entertainment by the Chapman Swifts and DJ James Edward with all proceeds going to BRO, an organization that works to end discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
Additionally, Cafe Nell will donate $1 to BRO for each Mary Nell – the restaurant’s signature Bloody Mary – sold during the month of September. Cafe Nell is an American-style Brasserie serving fresh, casual Northwest cuisine in Portland’s Nob Hill neighborhood.
