Summer Rosé Wine Dinners at Castagna Showcase Wine Regions from Spain to Provence

PORTLAND, Oregon – (July 16, 2009) – Castagna will celebrate warm-weather sipping with family-style regional dinners paired with favorite Rosé wines from Spain, the Rhône Valley, Provençe, and Northern Italy. Chef Elias Cairo will pair a four-course menu based on the cuisine from the specific wine region with a variety of rosé wines. The four-course dinners will be held July 29, August 12, August 26 and September 9 at 6:30 p.m. and are $50 per person, including two glasses of the featured rosé wine. Gratuity is not included.
