Outstanding in the Field Farm Dinner this Thursday

In pursuit of their goal to “re-connect diners to the land and the origins of their food, and to honor the local farmers and food artisans who cultivate it,” Outstanding in the Field has been staging farm dinners across the US since 1999. This week they will make their second foray into Oregon. Troy MacLarty, most recently of Lovely Hula Hands and now at Laurelhurst Market, will be joined by LM’s Ben Dyer, and together they’ll transform Square Peg Farm’s produce and pigs into a splendid alfresco repast.  Accompanying wines are from Andrew Rich. Tickets are still available and can be purchased here.
