Celebrate Summer the French Way at the Heathman Restaurant and Bar

Master French Chef Philippe Boulot creates $30 prix fixe menu from July 4-18th

PORTLAND, Oregon – (July 3, 2009) –  The Heathman Restaurant joins other French restaurants across the country for a two-week celebration of French cooking to toast the American and French holidays of independence.  All the participating restaurants have a Maître Cuisiniers de France at the helm, a chef who promotes the French culinary arts and mentors aspiring young French chefs. Chef Philippe Boulot and his culinary team will present a four-course menu from Fourth of July through Bastille Day to July 18th. The prix fixe menu is $30 and sommelier Jeff Groh can pair the menu with the popular Côtes du Rhône wines. For reservations, please call the Heathman Restaurant at 503-790-7752.
