On Thursday, July 9, join other Francophiles for this private party at Fenouil, 6:00 p.m.; enjoy a multi-course French regional dinner, served family style in generous portions, and French wine from the Beaujolais region. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner event will benefit the nonprofit’s cultural programs. Assiette de Charcuterie – saucisson, pate, foiegras au torchon
Galetteau Champignons – wild mushroom galette, camembert, confit garlic, watercress
Steak Frites aux Échalottes – grilled dry aged New York Steak, sauce bordelaise
Epinards Frais – Spinach, confit shallots
Sole Meunière – Pan seared sole, lemon brown butter
Pommes Sarladaises – roasted fingerlings potatoes, duck fat, garlic, parsley
Salade de Noix – endives, roquefort cheese, walnut
Mousse au Chocolat – dark chocolate mousse, armagnac cream
