THURSDAY NIGHT FLIGHTS

Each Thursday evening we will explore our favorite lesser-known wine regions – with the focus on small organic and biodynamic winemakers who apply modern methods to traditional grape varieties. In order to best present these distinctive wines, we have paired each of them with a dish highlighting their region’s ingredients and culinary traditions. A flight of three wines paired with a four-course menu will be $45. The wines and four-course menu will also be available a la carte.
