Heathman Restaurant and Bar Happy Hour Menu Expands to 32 Items Daily from 2 P.M. to Close

Choose from small or large plates for a light snack or dinner in the Marble Bar or Fireside Lounge

PORTLAND, Oregon – (April 3, 2009) -  The Heathman Restaurant and Bar’s popular happy hour is now better than ever – with longer hours and a choice of 32 seasonal dishes offered in both small and large portions. The new Bistro Menu kicks off Friday, April 3, 2009 from 2 p.m. to close seven days a week. Along with the long list of favorites like Crab Cakes, Soupe a l’Oignon and Crispy Willapa Bay Oysters, there are new items such as Razor clams, Korean short ribs and Oysters Rockefeller. Sommelier Jeff Groh has also added a Sommelier’s Special featuring a personalized selection of a red and white wine for $5 served daily from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Heathman’s Bistro Burger will be available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and again from 9 p.m. to close for $4.50. The new Bistro Menu will be available in both the Marble Bar and the historic Tea Court.

“Our Happy Hour has always been popular and now we are making people happier with a larger menu offered every day,” said culinary director Philippe Boulot.
